DO NOT SHOP HERE! The worst experience I've ever had ATTEMPTING to look at cars. I had made a general appt to come in during business hours, online. No one greeted me when I came in. Just stood awkwardly in the middle until some woman, that didn't want to help me, pointed to an older man. Fred then sat me down. I already had a car I had been looking at online in mind. He pulls out a PAPER LIST of cars from YESTERDAY. I ask about the car I'm interested in, he disappears for 5 - 7 minutes to say he doesn't have it because it sold yesterday. So I ask about the lesser version of the same car, leaves again and comes back. It's been sold too. So looking at SAME OLD LIST cars list from yesterday, ask for 2 others. He leaves for another 5 - 7 minutes comes back, 1 is dead so it needs to be charges, not a good sign for a car sales company to have cars that are dead. The second car, there are no keys because it's being serviced and won't be back until tomorrow. It's really strange how the 4 cars I wanted to see were unavailable. Understandably 2 cars sold but why is there an old list we are looking at? Why aren't your cars charged if you're trying to sell them? Why aren't other team members aware of cars being taken to be serviced? So I tried to look at 4 cars and this company AVIS CAR SALES is the most unorganized, unprofessional, antiquated in their systems in place, and lazy. I'll never purchase a car here after seeing how the employees act, what the company deems acceptable, and feeling like I'm not wanted as a customer. I took my money elsewhere. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

If I could zero stars I would! The General Manager was extremely rude. I purchased a car from this dealership less than two weeks ago and having issues with my Mazda. My car needs service due to a keyless fob entry issue that requires a second key. A second key was needed for a keyless entry repair and they only provided me with one when I initially purchased it. I called and spoke with the GM who over-talked me the whole conversation and didn't offer to rectify the situation. I asked the GM Matt for the corporate number and he told me to look it up myself on the website before hanging up. If I could go back I would not have invested in this dealership after the utmost disrespect I received from upper management.

We had a very pleasant experience at Avis. Rick H was our salesperson. He was ready for us when we got there. He took us for a test drive, showed us the features of the car we wanted and made the whole purchase process easy. Financing was straightforward and quick too. It’s a great car at a great price and looks like new! Thanks Rick!

I purchased a 2021 Kia K5 from this dealership back in September of 2022. Was told that they lost the spare key and were going to be getting a new one. To this date, I still have not received said key, nor have they been willing to pay to get one made. I was also told that the tires were the original factory tires. However, this was a lie. They had replaced the front driver and passenger tires with used tires, a 2018 tire and a 2020 tire. This was done with obvious malicious intent. When I called to speak with the manager. they blew me off saying there was nothing they could do. Avoid this shady business at all costs.

We had a great experience buying my 2023 GMC Acadia at Avis! Antony Franco, Tj Enzenbacher, and Steve were all great. I never felt like I was being deceived or pressured into anything. These vehicles are former fleet cars so some may be in better condition than others and they come as is. We didn't mind because we got a 2023 at a great price with only ~30k miles and in very good condition! It did not have the original floormats, but TJ was able to find us some in a different color. It also did not have an extra key fob so we had to purchase an extra elsewhere. The cars are outside (mostly covered) so it was pretty dirty on the outside but like brand new on the inside. They do not offer detailing, so just know you might need to run through a car wash. The only thing we noticed before we purchased was 2 of the rims had some scratches. As long as you examine the car carefully there shouldn't be any surprises. Regardless, they offer extended warranties at an additional cost just in case anything unexpected comes up - which I highly recommend when buying a used car anywhere. There is no negotiating, so you know where you stand before you walk on the lot. If you do decide to purchase, the process is quick and painless. We were able to trade my Rav4 at the same time. We were done within 4 hours and I received my plates/registration in the mail a month later, as promised. I really cannot speak highly enough of the staff! They worked with me to make this possible and the car has been great thus far! Thanks again, TJ & Steve. Really appreciated the midwestern hospitality. Go Cardinals!

I purchased a car here under the impression they would mail the plates to my home. I live over an hour away and with traffic more like Two each way. I work two jobs and I finally call and a very rude lady " crystal" says yes they're here. so no one called to let me know and it's been almost 6 weeks. I explained the situation politely but she was rude for no reason. She said ok I'll speak to your sales person and hung up. I called again and I said I'm calling back I think you hung up she was condescending and said no I said hold like I'm suppose to just guess they'll call me back. She gave me no time frame and was acting like I was bothering her. She basically called me a liar and said my salesperson didn't tell me my plates would be mailed to me. If I would have known I was going to make a road trip I would have never bought the car. They are liars the lady said I would have to mail a shipping label and again hung up rudely without giving me the address. Please don't shop here they are not professional and lie.

I bought a car here last year and have only had problems since. Do not recommend, and if you do consider a vehicle here please look into it and ensure there's someone present who knows about cars, not someone who just sells them. My car has transmission issues, engine issues, and more. It's visually a beautiful car, but there are a LOT of issues internally. Makes me so sad because it's completely ruined the first time car buyer experience. Car salesmen I was working with told me "if you want a car that has all that fancy stuff, go to a dealership." after I asked about why there were no air caps on the tires, no mats in the car, less than half a tank of gas and whether or not they could fill it (drove in from Central Texas), and if they clean the cars. :(
